Initial meeting to analyse your situation, present the legal options and define together the most suitable strategy. An estimate of fees for the next steps is provided.
Per-case pricing
Beyond the first consultation, fees are calculated according to several criteria:
- the nature and complexity of the case
- the time spent
- the financial stakes
- any urgency
- procedural costs (court registries, bailiffs, experts…)
A written fee agreement is systematically provided before the start of the case, in compliance with the deontological rules of the Brussels Bar.
